A Review: Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Moss Lipsticks

Well hello there. Today's post is all about the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Lipsticks which is a collection with Rimmel in collaboration with Kate Moss. I absolutely love these lipsticks, in fact number 103 is my go to lipstick for a 'your lips but better' look.

I have the #08, #09, #103, and #113. The numbers starting with a 1 signify that they're the matte lipsticks, and the numbers starting with a 0 signify that they're a glossy lipstick [at least this is from what I can tell]. The other difference is that one is in a black tube and one is in a red tube.

I really love the packaging for these, especially with Kate's signature on them, however I really wish they had some names. It's a smidge frustrating to me when they just have numbers. The lipsticks don't taste like anything, and they have a slightly fruity smell to them. For the darker colors in the range you will definitely need some sort of lip liner (like most dark lipsticks) because they do tend to bleed a little bit.

Now, I have quite dry lips and this product can stick on my dry spots, but I always put a lip balm on underneath them, and it works perfectly fine! They do kind of have a short wearing period, but I'm okay with that since I pretty much reapply lipstick every few hours anyways (I'm slightly OCD like that).

Have you tried any of the lipsticks in this range? What'd you think?

  1. I can't remember which one I have, but I love it. It's a matte orangey-red. I'm usually not a huge fan of Rimmel products, but they definitely got it right with these lipstick colors.

    1. I've been dying over their lip products lately, they're just so great (as well as Revlon)!
