I've Gotta Send My Love Down to Baton Rouge

Going to school in a 'college town' really does have it's pros and it's cons. I can't even explain to you how much I love going to LSU and how much I've accomplished here, but one of my greatest accomplishments comes to my best friends.

Before being broken up with, I hadn't ever actually gone out after a college football game, something that's kind of unheard of here. Now, it wasn't because I didn't want to go, but more of an 'out of respect for my boyfriend, I'd rather go home after the game'. Maybe this was my excuse to break out, or maybe it was my excuse to talk to Elliot.

Regardless, after breaking up my friends were on a mission to get me out to Serrano's after a game. The second game night, they succeeded. I cannot even begin to explain how much fun we had theere. I was able to get so much closer to so many girls who I loved and who loved me.

This picture perfectly describes our friendship, almost always laughing
We had such a good time, and didn't go home until 2am, when the bar kicked us out. They had a country band playing and we laughed and danced the night away. I didn't know what I was missing before, but now we  always try and make it to Serrano's after the games.

Do you have a certain tradition you tend to follow after games?
