A Little Extra

I really hope y'all aren't getting sick of seeing pictures from New Orleans, because that's what this post is going to be about as well.

After we went to the fashion shows, there was no way we were leaving New Orleans without going to Cafe Du Monde. It's one of my favorite places in New Orleans because of their delicious beignets. So, we made the trek (in the car of course) to find parking close to Jackson Square so we could walk around a little bit after we ate.

It was a surprisingly calm Friday night, so we were able to grab a table as soon as we got to Cafe Du Monde. Once sitting down we were able to just sit and talk. We talked about how we were growing up, graduating college soon(ish), our summer plans, internships, traveling abroad and so much more.

Sitting around and just talking with my friends in my favorite city on a Friday night is one of my favorite memories. After we just walked around for a little bit and listened to some street performers play. We ended up talking to them and finding out they were two students at Loyola studying jazz music.

Have you ever been to New Orleans? What did you love about it?
